Brian C. Kelly
Brian Kelly is Co-Founder and Managing Member
of Shelter Harbor Capital and has over 17 years
investment experience trading US & international
equities, foreign currency, options, futures,metals,
and commodities.
Mr. Kelly is a graduate of the University of
Vermont where he received a BS in Finance. He
also holds an MBA from Babson Graduate School
of Business with a concentration in finance and
econometrics.
Prior to co-founding Shelter Harbor Capital, Mr.
Kelly founded Brian Kelly Capital an investment
advisory firm. Prior to Brian Kelly Capital, Mr.
Kelly was a co-founder of MKM Partners, a
brokerage firm catering to the institutional equity
trading community.
Mr Kelly is a contributor to Business Week -
Exchange,Financial Times - Alphaville, and
Seeking Alpha. He is frequently quoted in the
Wall Street Journal, AOL Daily Finance,
MarketWatch and Barrons.
Mr. Kelly is a CNBC contributor and can be seen
regularly on the show Fast Money.

Andrew N. Albert
Andrew Albert is Co-Founder and Managing
Member of Shelter Harbor Capital. Mr. Albert has
over 17 years of investment experience on both
the buy and the sell-side.
Prior to co-founding Shelter Harbor Capital, Mr.
Albert was Head of the Merger Arbitrage and
Special Situations Group at Weeden & Co.
Mr. Albert joined Weeden & Co. from CRT Capital
where he was a Principal, specializing in merger
arbitrage and convertible arbitrage Sales and
Trading.
Prior to CRT Capital,Mr. Albert was Senior Vice
President of Sales and Trading at Pali Capital. He
was also member of the Management Committee
responsible for making key decisions regarding
firm strategy.
Prior to Pali Capital, Mr. Albert was a Senior
Trader at Tribeca Investments, a hedge fund
within Citigroup. He was also a merger arbitrage
trader at Robert Fleming & Co., and was a
member of the Management Training Program at
Bear Stearns.
He holds an M.B.A. from the University of
Connecticut and a B.A. from Union College.
